About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead or coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, and troubleshooting across multiple programs
  • Lead an Integrated Project Team (IPT) to design, develop, manufacture, and deliver products
  • Work with engineering management to plan, staff, and execute projects of all sizes
  • Serve as the engineering interface to program management, senior leadership, and customers
  • Ensure project results meet technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost requirements
  • Perform engineering design evaluations and complete projects within budget and scheduling constraints
  • Review industry policies and procedures for data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance
  • Review production, malfunction, and maintenance reports to determine or address problems
  • Provide technical support for the engineering process
  • Design, implement, and communicate operational plans for completing projects
  • Monitor progress and performance against project plans
  • Resolve operational problems and minimize delays
  • Identify, develop, and gather resources necessary to complete projects
  • Prepare engineering designs and work specifications
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
  • Select materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's Degree and 2–4 years' experience
  • Engineering degree required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
