About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead or coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, and troubleshooting across multiple programs
Lead an Integrated Project Team (IPT) to design, develop, manufacture, and deliver products
Work with engineering management to plan, staff, and execute projects of all sizes
Serve as the engineering interface to program management, senior leadership, and customers
Ensure project results meet technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost requirements
Perform engineering design evaluations and complete projects within budget and scheduling constraints
Review industry policies and procedures for data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance
Review production, malfunction, and maintenance reports to determine or address problems
Provide technical support for the engineering process
Design, implement, and communicate operational plans for completing projects
Monitor progress and performance against project plans
Resolve operational problems and minimize delays
Identify, develop, and gather resources necessary to complete projects
Prepare engineering designs and work specifications
Develop project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
Select materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate's Degree and 2–4 years' experience
Engineering degree required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Oral and written communication skills

Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods
