About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting and troubleshooting across multiple programs.
- Lead an Integrated Project Team (IPT) to design, develop, manufacture, and deliver products.
- Work with engineering management to plan, staff, and execute projects of all sizes.
- Serve as engineering interface to program management, senior leadership, and the customer community.
- Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.
- Perform engineering design evaluations and work to complete projects within budget and scheduling restraints.
- Monitor progress and performance against the project plan.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate's Degree and 5-7 years' experience.
- Discipline/Major: Engineering degree required.
- Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
