About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting and troubleshooting across multiple programs.
Lead an Integrated Project Team (IPT) to design, develop, manufacture, and deliver products.
Work with engineering management to plan, staff, and execute projects of all sizes.
Serve as engineering interface to program management, senior leadership, and the customer community.
Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.
Perform engineering design evaluations and work to complete projects within budget and scheduling restraints.
Monitor progress and performance against the project plan.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate's Degree and 5-7 years' experience.
Discipline/Major: Engineering degree required.
Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Oral and written communication skills.
Analytical thinking.
