About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct detailed thermal analysis of solid rocket motor components.
Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams, interface with customers, and drive technical excellence.
Apply engineering techniques to design, install, modify, analyze, repair and test tools, engines, machines, and other mechanically functioning equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.
Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 5-7 years' experience
Discipline/Major: Engineering degree required
Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
