About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage relationships between a portfolio of Healthcare Fraud Prevention Partnership members and the Trusted Third Party
- Establish and maintain regular, consistent contact with all HFPP Partners
- Ensure assigned Partners understand and use HFPP membership benefits
- Capture Partner feedback and communicate it to the TTP and HFPP leadership
- Assist with day-to-day partner onboarding activities
- Support completion of data sharing agreements
- Assist with onboarding data to the TTP Data Warehouse
- Support HFPP and non-HFPP events
- Support CMS healthcare fraud prevention efforts as part of a 50-person TTP team
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS in a health care field, business administration, criminal justice, or a related field, OR equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
- 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or customer liaison
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare investigation
- Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to present to management-level staff
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Working knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security rules
- Strong decision-making, organizational, and leadership qualities
- Commitment to confidentiality, privacy, and professionalism
- Ability to independently follow through on problems
- Detail-oriented ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance
- Ability to build effective relationships and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- High initiative and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Ability to perform well and achieve goals in team and independent environments
- US citizenship not required
- Work visa sponsorship will not be provided
- Less than 10% travel required
