About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage relationships between a portfolio of Healthcare Fraud Prevention Partnership members and the Trusted Third Party
  • Establish and maintain regular, consistent contact with all HFPP Partners
  • Ensure assigned Partners understand and use HFPP membership benefits
  • Capture Partner feedback and communicate it to TTP and HFPP leadership
  • Engage Partners in conversations about HFPP analytics
  • Assist with partner onboarding activities, including completing data sharing agreements
  • Assist with onboarding data to the TTP Data Warehouse
  • Support HFPP and non-HFPP events
  • Support CMS in reducing fraud, waste, and abuse in healthcare data
  • Collaborate as part of a 50-person team supporting the Trusted Third Party

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS in health care, business administration, criminal justice, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service and/or customer liaison
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare investigations
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to present to management-level staff
  • Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security rules
  • Skills in healthcare claims and investigation
  • Strong decision-making, organizational, and leadership abilities
  • Commitment to confidentiality, privacy, and professionalism
  • Ability to independently follow through on problems
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance
  • Ability to build effective relationships and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to achieve goals independently and in team environments
  • US citizenship is not required
