About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)/Trusted Third Party’s mission
- Analyze, write, and update program management processes and procedures, including associated documentation
- Support the process, contribute to, and ensure delivery of materials for key client-facing and internal meetings
- Support the TTP quality management process when work exceeds team capacity
- Coordinate with stakeholders to process, track, and obtain 508 compliance verification for program management materials
- Provide ad hoc content development and administrative support for the TTP management team
- Document, monitor, and update multiple program management activities and tasks
- Support ad hoc TTP management requests and internal administrative functions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of related experience
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency using Adobe Acrobat
- Proficiency using SharePoint
- Skills: Business Writing, Collaboration, Detail-Oriented, Microsoft Excel, Prioritization
- US citizenship is not required
- No security clearance required
