About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and analyze business needs and gaps through requirements gathering, scope definition, objective setting, and elimination of redundancies
- Review onboarding packets and documents submitted to programs
- Link large datasets from multiple sources for reporting and presentations
- Brief management on work and projects through analysis reports and executive summaries
- Develop or execute systems and processes for gathering and storing data
- Manage repositories and perform system updates daily to weekly
- Document processes and work instructions
- Identify trends affecting service delivery and provide recommendations
- Monitor and report performance against baselines to meet contractual cost and schedule objectives
- Communicate with delivery line leads and leadership to achieve deliverables
- Calculate and evaluate business metrics supporting financial forecasting and budgeting
- Improve efficiency using data repository management, Power Automate, and internal systems
- Collaborate with team members to analyze and present data and support in-person engagements
- Support and facilitate customer, company, and community events onsite
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of related experience
- Technical training, certification(s), or BA/BS; equivalent related experience may substitute for the degree
- US citizenship required
- Must be proficient in Excel, including mapping separate datasets to produce final outputs
- Analytical and quantitative skills for synthesizing large datasets into actionable insights
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI, Tableau, and/or data analytics applications
- Ability to manage time across multiple projects
- Strong reporting, presentation, and communication skills
- Must be able to be cleared to support direct labor work
- Ability to flex schedule availability for new projects and deliverable timelines
- Preferred: SharePoint site maintenance experience
- Preferred: Microsoft Power Automate flow creation
- Familiarity with supply chain and asset management
