About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software, licensing, and services
- Coordinate requirements gathering, sourcing, vendor engagement, and purchase package development
- Track procurement requests and maintain accurate status, funding, lead time, and risk records
- Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, logistics, program management, and finance teams
- Maintain procurement documentation such as purchase requests and approvals
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline acquisition workflows
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of related experience
- Strong knowledge of IT procurement
- Excellent organization and documentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or 10+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a favorable polygraph
