About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Document processes, create user guides, and support migration activities within Knowledge Management
- Assist with drafting, editing, and coordinating internal PMO communications
- Assist with program-specific marketing initiatives to promote the program and future events
- Coordinate and track PMO deliverables, ensuring version control and timely submission
- Support Quality Assurance reviews, data validation, and standardized QA workflows
- Maintain trackers, documentation, and process artifacts as well as improve various PMO workflow efficiencies
- Provide surge support during peak milestones and high-demand periods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and high-quality outputs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of similar work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or healthcare
- Experience with customer service and operations
- Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools; experience with SharePoint preferred
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the year, if needed
