About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and code PL/SQL procedures
  • Actively Participate in the development and learning of Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence applications
  • Actively participate with the business users in understanding requirements and execution of projects
  • Clearly communicate commitments, issues, completion dates and status with key stakeholders and management
  • Play a key role in data modeling and database design
  • Maintain availability during core business hours while supporting flexible operational requirements that may include extended daily hours, rotational coverage, weekend monitoring, and occasional deployment support based on mission needs
  • Design and build applications following industry standards and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems or related degrees and 4+ years experience or in lieu of a degree 8+ years experience
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience using Oracle PL/SQL
  • Strong knowledge of RDBMS design
  • Familiar with Data Warehouse and BI concepts
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work closely with team members and customers
