About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and code PL/SQL procedures
- Actively Participate in the development and learning of Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence applications
- Actively participate with the business users in understanding requirements and execution of projects
- Clearly communicate commitments, issues, completion dates and status with key stakeholders and management
- Play a key role in data modeling and database design
- Maintain availability during core business hours while supporting flexible operational requirements that may include extended daily hours, rotational coverage, weekend monitoring, and occasional deployment support based on mission needs
- Design and build applications following industry standards and best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems or related degrees and 4+ years experience or in lieu of a degree 8+ years experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience using Oracle PL/SQL
- Strong knowledge of RDBMS design
- Familiar with Data Warehouse and BI concepts
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work closely with team members and customers
