About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead enterprise modernization of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Power Platform solutions
- Collaborate with Cyber Security, Cloud Infrastructure, Enterprise Networks, Legal/Compliance, and Microsoft Teams
- Drive automation, compliance alignment, and innovative solution engineering
- Utilize expertise in SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Apps/Power Automate, PnP PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma required OR Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience engineering Microsoft 365 systems
- 9+ years of experience engineering Microsoft 365 systems with a High School diploma
- SharePoint Online architecture and governance
- OneDrive for Business
- Power Apps and Power Automate development
- PnP PowerShell scripting for administration of M365 services
- Microsoft Graph API and automation
- Experience supporting compliance frameworks (CMMC, NIST 800‑171, DFARS, CIS)
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with or exposure to Microsoft Copilot and AI-assisted workflows is a plus
- May require on-call rotation
