Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma required OR Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience engineering Microsoft 365 systems
9+ years of experience engineering Microsoft 365 systems with a High School diploma
SharePoint Online architecture and governance
OneDrive for Business
Power Apps and Power Automate development
PnP PowerShell scripting for administration of M365 services
Microsoft Graph API and automation
Experience supporting compliance frameworks (CMMC, NIST 800‑171, DFARS, CIS)
Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience with or exposure to Microsoft Copilot and AI-assisted workflows is a plus
May require on-call rotation
