About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the hCPT Team
  • Drive governance, operational excellence, continuous process improvement, and innovation across multiple functional teams
  • Establish and maintain standardized processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies
  • Champion automation and AI initiatives
  • Lead strategic projects that improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization
  • Drive improvements across a diverse portfolio of teams including Cloud FinOps, Procurement, Software Asset Management (SAM), and the PMO
  • Work closely with team leads to develop scalable operational strategies and optimize business processes
  • Implement governance frameworks and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Manage and ensure successful execution of operational initiatives across assigned functional areas
  • Provide process oversight for the Procurement team, Software Asset Management (SAM), and Procurement PMO teams
  • Develop and maintain governance frameworks, operational standards, policies, and best practices across the Procurement organization
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement automation opportunities to enhance productivity and improve data quality
  • Lead internal operational audits, process reviews, and compliance activities
  • Develop and monitor operational metrics, KPIs, and executive reporting
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify operational challenges and implement sustainable solutions
  • Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • BA/BS degree
  • PMP certification
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner
  • Experience with agile
  • Experience implementing automation solutions and driving technology-enabled operational improvements
  • Experience with Procurement, Software Asset Management (SAM), Cloud FinOps, Licensing, or PMO organizations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable operational improvements
  • Experience developing operational dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and execution.
  • 8+ years experience (preferred)
  • Lean Six Sigma (preferred)
  • Certified Scrum Master (preferred)
