- Support process improvement, system optimization, and effective delivery across cross-functional teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited College/University is required
- 6+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience
- 6+ years IT experience
- Strong experience with systems supporting business functions related to Warehouse Management and Inventory Management
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum management tools such as VersionOne
- Familiarity with Incident and Change Management tools such as ServiceNow
- Ability to write a test plan covering multiple inter-related objects in a dynamic test environment
- Ability to write test scripts fully covering specific objects and executing those test scripts within a larger test plan
- Strong testing experience with Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports
- Strong SQL skills for validating data, building test scenarios, and supporting defect analysis
- Familiarity with Apache Kafka—understanding of message flows, schemas, and how data moves between systems
- Experience validating API behavior, request/response structures, and integration rules
