Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited College/University is required
6+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience
6+ years IT experience
Strong experience with systems supporting business functions related to Warehouse Management and Inventory Management
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum management tools such as VersionOne
Familiarity with Incident and Change Management tools such as ServiceNow
Ability to write a test plan covering multiple inter-related objects in a dynamic test environment
Ability to write test scripts fully covering specific objects and executing those test scripts within a larger test plan
Strong testing experience with Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports
Strong SQL skills for validating data, building test scenarios, and supporting defect analysis
Familiarity with Apache Kafka—understanding of message flows, schemas, and how data moves between systems
Experience validating API behavior, request/response structures, and integration rules

Strong analytical skills in resolving issues and problem solving

Knowledge of Project Life Cycle
Ability to interact with teams and senior management
