About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, and maintain forms, flows, catalog items, integrations, etc.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, process owners, and platform engineers to define requirements
  • Support Agile ceremonies and uphold quality assurance throughout the lifecycle
  • Adhere to and enforce ServiceNow and OneGDIT best practices
  • Support platform upgrades, patching, and deployments
  • Participate in Agile software development efforts (standups, planning, grooming, estimation) to ensure quality delivery
  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Developers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma required; AA or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3 years of experience in prompt engineering, Now Assist and agentic AI
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience within ITSM environment
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and platform capabilities
  • Must be able to obtain ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) within 90 days of hire
  • Extensive experience designing forms, UI policies, client scripts, workflows, business rules, integrations, and custom applications
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
