About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain forms, flows, catalog items, integrations, etc.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, process owners, and platform engineers to define requirements
Support Agile ceremonies and uphold quality assurance throughout the lifecycle
Adhere to and enforce ServiceNow and OneGDIT best practices
Support platform upgrades, patching, and deployments
Participate in Agile software development efforts (standups, planning, grooming, estimation) to ensure quality delivery
Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Developers

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma required; AA or Bachelor’s degree preferred
3 years of experience in prompt engineering, Now Assist and agentic AI
5+ years of ServiceNow development experience within ITSM environment
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and platform capabilities
Must be able to obtain ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) within 90 days of hire
Extensive experience designing forms, UI policies, client scripts, workflows, business rules, integrations, and custom applications
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills
Excellent communication and documentation skills
