About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives from problem framing and experimental design through production delivery
  • Architect and implement scalable data solutions
  • Fuse disparate data sources and establish data preparation standards
  • Implement data quality controls and manage schema changes
  • Develop, evaluate, and deploy predictive models and optimization approaches
  • Support text-heavy and unstructured-data use cases with NLP methods
  • Deliver decision-support products through Power BI
  • Provide technical leadership and consultation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in quantitative science, social science or related discipline
  • Strong proficiency in Python or R for analytics, ML, and data manipulation
  • Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with SQL Server
  • Experience using Databricks and Apache Spark (PySpark)
  • Solid understanding of data engineering concepts
  • Experience producing decision-quality visualization and reporting, preferably with Power BI
  • Familiarity with NLP, LLMs, and agent concepts
  • Experience integrating analytics into applications using Power Apps
