About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide training support for customer activities
- Provide comprehensive injury mitigation, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation services
- Function across the spectrum of the POTFF program under supervision of a Physician, Physician Assistant, or Physical Therapist
- Serve as a subject-matter expert in sports medicine, injury mitigation, athlete preparation, and return-to-duty pathways
- Design and fabricate protective pads, equipment, and braces to help prevent and treat injuries
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training, state license, and shall be NATABOC certified
- Minimum of five (5) years or more of demonstrable accumulated experience as an ATC with individual athletes and groups of athletes
- Experience at the levels of NCAA Collegiate Division I, Olympic, professional sports, USAF Comprehensive Readiness for Aircrew Flying Training (CRAFT), USAF Special Warfare Training Wing (SWTW), and/or SOF Operators
