About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with programs, solution architects and other business stakeholders to understand BOE/Estimation/Solution needs
Provide BOE Leadership and support, including end-to-end BOE development throughout the lifecycle
Shape technology mission delivery by providing high-quality BOE and Solutioning artifacts
Estimate staffing for large complex IT programs using various estimation methodologies
Provide technology solutioning expertise to Solution Architects
Oversee, build and deploy predictive models using machine learning techniques
Collaborate with engineers to integrate models into production systems and gather metric performance feedback
Lead and support AI, data-driven and automation processes and improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in STEM-related field or Business degree
15+ years of related work experience
5+ years experience in Program Management or Technical delivery on DoD, Intel and other federal programs
3+ years experience as a Solution Architect related to Enterprise IT Technology
Experience in Staffing Estimation for large complex Enterprise IT programs, including Basis of Estimate (BOE)
Depth of experience with Excel, data analysis, building/using parametric models
Excellent experience with SharePoint, Salesforce and using AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.)
Strong skills in collaboration, learning and adapting, strategy
