About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with programs, solution architects and other business stakeholders to understand BOE/Estimation/Solution needs
- Provide BOE Leadership and support, including end-to-end BOE development throughout the lifecycle
- Shape technology mission delivery by providing high-quality BOE and Solutioning artifacts
- Estimate staffing for large complex IT programs using various estimation methodologies
- Provide technology solutioning expertise to Solution Architects
- Oversee, build and deploy predictive models using machine learning techniques
- Collaborate with engineers to integrate models into production systems and gather metric performance feedback
- Lead and support AI, data-driven and automation processes and improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in STEM-related field or Business degree
- 15+ years of related work experience
- 5+ years experience in Program Management or Technical delivery on DoD, Intel and other federal programs
- 3+ years experience as a Solution Architect related to Enterprise IT Technology
- Experience in Staffing Estimation for large complex Enterprise IT programs, including Basis of Estimate (BOE)
- Depth of experience with Excel, data analysis, building/using parametric models
- Excellent experience with SharePoint, Salesforce and using AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.)
- Strong skills in collaboration, learning and adapting, strategy
