Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze user/business software system requirements and determine needs
Determine the functionality of an application and perform upgrades over time
Maintain documentation to support software development policies, standards, and procedures
Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of related experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, preferred but not required
Experience with COBOL, IBM z/OS, Mainframe Computers
Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
Proficiency in JCL, VSAM, DB2, IMS and CICS
Strong knowledge of batch processing and online transaction processing
