About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement, operate, and continuously improve network capabilities for secure access
Manage enterprise web traffic filtering and cloud-based secure web access platforms
Troubleshoot user connectivity issues related to secure web access and policy enforcement
Configure and maintain secure network tunnels using technologies such as GRE and IPSec
Support secure connectivity and network access including enterprise implementations of Zero Trust security models
Collaborate with security, identity, and cloud engineering teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of related experience
Bachelors degree or 14+ years of experience in lieu of degree
10+ years of experience supporting enterprise networking environments
Strong experience operating internet edge and secure access networking platforms
Experience implementing and troubleshooting secure web access controls
Hands-on experience configuring secure tunnels and encrypted network connectivity
Experience working with SASE tools and Zero Trust security principles
Familiarity with cloud-connected networking environments
Strong troubleshooting skills across network, authentication, and application access layers
Experience managing DNS infrastructure
Industry certifications in networking, cloud networking, or security disciplines preferred
