About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supporting growth through capture, proposal development, and sales-enablement activities
Driving cloud strategy execution, modernization planning, and organizational readiness
Engaging with cross-functional technical and business teams to advance cloud strategy, modernization roadmaps, and implementation planning
Overseeing daily operations for the Cloud Solutions Business Area, ensuring effective program execution, issue resolution, and performance tracking
Supporting business development and capture efforts, including opportunity shaping, proposal input, color team participation, and staffing plans
Providing executive level briefings, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of related experience leading complex IT, cloud, or modernization programs
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, IT Management) or equivalent work experience
Strong understanding of capture processes, proposal development, and federal acquisition lifecycle
Demonstrated expertise in cloud strategy, modernization initiatives, and enterprise cloud transformation (AWS, Azure, or multi cloud)
Experience with program management, P&L accountability, organizational leadership, and executive communication
Familiarity with Agile transformation, DevSecOps and modernization methodologies
Experience building or managing SharePoint sites in support of program or B&P activities
