About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administer, operate, and maintain enterprise storage systems
Monitor storage performance, health, capacity, and availability
Support data backup, recovery, replication, and disaster recovery operations
Manage storage provisioning, access controls, share permissions, and user/group mappings
Troubleshoot storage related issues
Perform lifecycle tasks including firmware updates, configuration changes
Coordinate with engineering, cybersecurity, server, virtualization, and monitoring teams
Maintain documentation, SOPs, storage diagrams, and operational artifacts
Apply security patches, firmware updates, and platform hotfixes
Identify and remediate noncompliant storage components

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of related experience
Active TS/SCI clearance with favorable polygraph
Hands on experience administering enterprise storage platforms
Strong proficiency with storage provisioning, permissions/security management, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
Familiarity with patching, firmware updates, vulnerability remediation, and configuration compliance processes
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex storage, access, replication, and performance issues across distributed infrastructure
Strong documentation, communication, and cross team collaboration skills
