About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical guidance on application and integration capabilities
Gather requirements, prepare presentations, conduct demos, and document needs
Develop workflows and integrations in Developer and Innovation Studio
Build RestAPI, WebService, and LDAP integrations
Manage incident assignments and customer communications
Maintain and update Production environment and meet KPI thresholds
Manage sprint load and forecast work products

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of software development experience
BMC Accredited Administrator or equivalent skills in BMC Remedy/Helix Developer Studio
Experience with SAAS solutions or AWS Cloud environments
Experience with BMC Remedy version 23.x or higher
ITIL Foundation knowledge is a plus
Familiarity with Helix/Remedy application process flows
Expertise in one or more 23.x+ Helix applications like Incident Management, Change Management, Smart Reporting etc.
Experience with Pentaho Spoon, BMC HDM, RestAPI or Webservices
