Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and operational procedures
Work with SMEs and leads to identify opportunities for automation and AI-assisted improvements
Break down complex processes into structured, logical steps that can be leveraged by other team members
Translate business requirements into clear, structured inputs for AI-enabled tools and workflows
Support development of context frameworks used by AI systems
Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
Support data preparation and structuring for AI use cases
Can travel up to 10% to Washington, D.C.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science / Associates Degree/ High School Degree
Related experience with BA/BS or Associates with 2 years of relevant experience, High School Degree 4 years of relevant experience
Experience in data analysis
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills with creative mindset
Strong communication skills to collaborate with other program members and stakeholders
Curiosity about AI systems, how they work, and how to optimize generative AI responses
Comfort with iterative experimentation and attention to detail
Experience using AI tools
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
