About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure integrity, availability, and secure operation of enterprise public key infrastructure services
Manage certificates, tokens, authentication services, and identity related security functions
Issue, manage, and maintain certificates, tokens, and authentication credentials for users and systems
Support full lifecycle PKI operations
Provide knowledge-based support for customers, Trusted Agents (TAs), and system administrators
Maintain PKI infrastructure health by monitoring certificate stores, expiration timelines, CRL validation, and associated authentication systems
Ensure compliance with enterprise multifactor authentication requirements
Support identity related incident response by diagnosing authentication failures

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of related experience
US Citizenship Required: Yes
Experience with PKI administration, certificate services, token issuance, or authentication workflows in enterprise or secure environments
Working knowledge of multifactor authentication, identity credential management, and certificate lifecycle processes
Ability to troubleshoot certificate issues across distributed systems, networks, and platforms
Strong customer service, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to support technical and nontechnical users
Familiarity with identity management tools, CRL validation, and certificate authorities is highly desirable.
Meet DoD 8140 Information Assurance Workforce certification requirements (e.g., Security+ CE, etc.)
Active TS/SCI clearance with a favorable polygraph
