About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure integrity, availability, and secure operation of enterprise public key infrastructure services
  • Manage certificates, tokens, authentication services, and identity related security functions
  • Issue, manage, and maintain certificates, tokens, and authentication credentials for users and systems
  • Support full lifecycle PKI operations
  • Provide knowledge-based support for customers, Trusted Agents (TAs), and system administrators
  • Maintain PKI infrastructure health by monitoring certificate stores, expiration timelines, CRL validation, and associated authentication systems
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise multifactor authentication requirements
  • Support identity related incident response by diagnosing authentication failures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of related experience
  • US Citizenship Required: Yes
  • Experience with PKI administration, certificate services, token issuance, or authentication workflows in enterprise or secure environments
  • Working knowledge of multifactor authentication, identity credential management, and certificate lifecycle processes
  • Ability to troubleshoot certificate issues across distributed systems, networks, and platforms
  • Strong customer service, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to support technical and nontechnical users
  • Familiarity with identity management tools, CRL validation, and certificate authorities is highly desirable.
  • Meet DoD 8140 Information Assurance Workforce certification requirements (e.g., Security+ CE, etc.)
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with a favorable polygraph
