About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure integrity, availability, and secure operation of enterprise public key infrastructure services
- Manage certificates, tokens, authentication services, and identity related security functions
- Issue, manage, and maintain certificates, tokens, and authentication credentials for users and systems
- Support full lifecycle PKI operations
- Provide knowledge-based support for customers, Trusted Agents (TAs), and system administrators
- Maintain PKI infrastructure health by monitoring certificate stores, expiration timelines, CRL validation, and associated authentication systems
- Ensure compliance with enterprise multifactor authentication requirements
- Support identity related incident response by diagnosing authentication failures
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of related experience
- US Citizenship Required: Yes
- Experience with PKI administration, certificate services, token issuance, or authentication workflows in enterprise or secure environments
- Working knowledge of multifactor authentication, identity credential management, and certificate lifecycle processes
- Ability to troubleshoot certificate issues across distributed systems, networks, and platforms
- Strong customer service, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to support technical and nontechnical users
- Familiarity with identity management tools, CRL validation, and certificate authorities is highly desirable.
- Meet DoD 8140 Information Assurance Workforce certification requirements (e.g., Security+ CE, etc.)
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a favorable polygraph
