About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement holistic change management plans that support project objectives and desired outcomes
Facilitate workshops and sessions to improve stakeholder understanding, readiness, and alignment around change initiatives
Monitor and report on change progress, including identifying risks, challenges, and areas requiring targeted interventions
Foster a culture of open communication, transparency, and feedback to drive stakeholder engagement and adoption
Leverage data-driven insights to refine change strategies, enhance organizational readiness, and measure effectiveness
Assist the Change Lead in all aspects of change management execution
Work planning and schedule coordination
Stakeholder management and communication strategies
Conducting gap analyses and contributing to process improvement efforts
Tracking and reporting change-related metrics
Develop and deliver training sessions to end users to support successful transition and adoption
Support the creation of knowledge management assets, including user guides, FAQs, and other learning materials
Assist in designing and developing training and enablement content such as tip sheets and quick reference guides
Collaborate closely with internal teams and client workstreams to ensure alignment and cohesive change execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors degree (work experience will be considered in lieu of degree)
5+ years of relevant experience
Change Management (P4 – Master level)
Change Management Training (P4 – Master level)
ADKAR / Prosci certification
Demonstrated stakeholder management expertise
Proficiency in change analytics, including measurement and reporting
