About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support national defense and critical operations
  • Lead logistics operations that support technology refresh, installation projects, hardware sustainment, and equipment decommissioning
  • Serve as a core member of the Tech Refresh team
  • Perform demand forecasting, material procurement, production planning, inventory control, and vendor coordination
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams throughout the hardware lifecycle
  • Manage day-to-day provisioning, spares planning, warranty coordination, and repair activity
  • Develop and maintain logistics processes, policies, and inventory management tools
  • Plan and execute supply chain modeling, warehouse operations, and logistics design activities
  • Maintain accurate inventory of warehouse and storage facilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of related experience
  • US Citizenship Required
  • Proven experience in logistics management, supply chain operations, supplier coordination, or IT hardware lifecycle support in a complex, distributed environment
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, procurement processes, asset lifecycle management, and warehouse operations
  • Excellent organizational, communication, vendor coordination, and documentation skills.
