About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support national defense and critical operations
Lead logistics operations that support technology refresh, installation projects, hardware sustainment, and equipment decommissioning
Serve as a core member of the Tech Refresh team
Perform demand forecasting, material procurement, production planning, inventory control, and vendor coordination
Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams throughout the hardware lifecycle
Manage day-to-day provisioning, spares planning, warranty coordination, and repair activity
Develop and maintain logistics processes, policies, and inventory management tools
Plan and execute supply chain modeling, warehouse operations, and logistics design activities
Maintain accurate inventory of warehouse and storage facilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of related experience
US Citizenship Required
Proven experience in logistics management, supply chain operations, supplier coordination, or IT hardware lifecycle support in a complex, distributed environment
Strong understanding of inventory management, procurement processes, asset lifecycle management, and warehouse operations
Excellent organizational, communication, vendor coordination, and documentation skills.
