Product Manager, Secret Clearance Required

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead product strategy and backlog ownership for a platform consolidating fragmented legacy systems into a unified, modern solution
- Collaborate with federal stakeholders, UX designers, and engineering teams to translate complex policy and operational requirements into actionable product roadmaps
- Drive measurable outcomes through OKRs, User Validation Events, and quarterly roadmap delivery aligned to contractual milestones
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies with DevSecOps, security/compliance, and UX
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of product management experience within a scaled Agile or SAFe organization
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong product mindset including hypothesis-driven development and data-driven results
- User-centered thinking and ability to collaborate with UX teams on complex federal workflows
- Strategic roadmapping and prioritization across contractual milestones
- Expertise in navigating complex federal client ecosystems and building long-term partnerships
- Proven ability to manage multiple full product lifecycles from discovery to delivery
- Strong leadership and communication skills, adept at federal stakeholder management
- Security clearance: Active Secret US citizenship required.
