About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards using visualization best practices and iterative Agile development.
- Analyze large datasets from data warehouses and relational databases to support research, reporting, and program insights.
- Translate business and mission requirements into intuitive, actionable visualizations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support data modeling, data pipelines, and reporting solutions.
- Present analytical findings and dashboards to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Continuously refine dashboards based on user feedback and evolving mission needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, information systems, or related field.
- 2–4+ years of experience in data analytics or related field.
- 1–2+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau dashboard development.
- Strong SQL/PLSQL skills, including experience with complex queries, views, and Common Table Expressions (CTEs).
- Understanding of data structures, relational databases, and business intelligence concepts.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
