Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the end-to-end management of Data Use Agreement (DUA) workflows
Oversee the Privacy Board process
Lead user support activities
Manage analytic output and disclosure review operations
Direct development and maintenance of the Program’s marketing and dissemination plan
Oversee requirements tracking through implementation of automated workflows
Lead study closeout and transfer processes
Manage user engagement, communications, and website operations
Guide execution of program assessment activities
Provide supervisory oversight for team members and subcontractors

Requirements

What you’ll need

Doctorate degree in a relevant field
5+ years of relevant experience
Deep understanding of federal data access processes
Experience with DUAs, privacy compliance, and research oversight workflows
Demonstrated experience managing complex operational programs
Experience leading teams in technical user support, training, and documentation development
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage complex schedules and program reporting requirements
Experience coordinating cross-functional groups
Must be able to obtain/maintain a Public Trust or higher
