Key responsibilities & impact

Support Sourcing Activities
Prepare sourcing events, gather requirements, and evaluate suppliers
Issuing RFQs, organizing documentation, tracking timelines, and support supplier analyses
Maintain accurate records, follow procurement procedures, and help ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
Coordinate communications, schedule meetings, and support early‑stage supplier interactions and issue follow‑ups
Help identify opportunities to streamline workflows and support updates to tools, templates, and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

4 + years of related experience
Bachelor’s degree; 4 years of additional relevant experience may substitute for a degree
Ability to work with stakeholders to understand basic procurement needs and support sourcing activities to completion
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Clear and professional communication skills
Proficiency in Excel, Word and willingness to learn government procurement
