Key responsibilities & impact

streamline and modernize service delivery across ITSM platforms
design automations, integrate systems, and build orchestration workflows that accelerate mission outcomes and reduce operational friction across Defense programs
Build automated workflows that streamline ITIL/ITSM processes (Change, Incident, Request, CMDB, etc.)
Integrate platforms such as ServiceNow, cloud services, monitoring tools, and DevSecOps pipelines
Develop reusable automations that reduce toil and improve service quality across the enterprise
Collaborate with service owners to translate ITIL processes into actionable automated workflows
Implement orchestration that connects infrastructure, applications, and support systems
Contribute to broader modernization initiatives by standardizing automation best practices

What you’ll need

8 + years of related experience
US Citizenship Required
Strong experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow preferred)
Hands‑on experience building automations, REST integrations, and workflow orchestration
Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management fundamentals
Strong scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell)
Experience integrating cloud platforms, monitoring tools, and CI/CD systems
Ability to work across teams to define automation needs and deliver practical solutions
Candidate must possess active SECRET clearance, and the ability to obtain TOP SECRET/SCI.
Batchelors and 8 years of progressive work experience.
