About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the modernization and sustainment of enterprise business solutions for NASA
Apply expert knowledge of Cybersecurity concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments
Support enterprise Cybersecurity standards and procedures in coordination with Government
Recommend and develop security processes for the organization
Identify and report security violations and recommend solutions
Support customers at high levels in developing and implementing Cybersecurity processes and policies
Provide integration and implementation of computer system security solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of related experience in Cybersecurity and Cloud Security
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or other engineering or technical discipline
Knowledge of NIST Information Technology Security Special Publications (SP) 800 series
Experience with Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS)/Tenable Nessus Vulnerability Scanner
Experience with DISA Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) and SCAP tools
Familiarity with Firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems, WebGateways, and enterprise Antivirus software technologies
Knowledge of CSPP requirements
Working knowledge of Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA)
Ability to obtain and maintain a NASA Public Trust background investigation
