About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Traveling to communities who are receiving technical assistance to support various efforts including community engagement activities, office-type work (scanning, printing, etc.)
Participating in meetings to capture notes and action items
Collaborating with teams of scientists, engineers, analysts, and graphic artists to develop technical products requested by EPA
Analyzing data and synthesizing information into existing templates
Preparing technical reports, presentations, fact sheets
Preparing visually appealing charts and graphs
Conducting technical and editorial reviews of written products

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS
1-3 years of related experience
Technical writing
Strong and professional communication
Ability to track and balance multiple project tasks and deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Eager to learn on the job and receive feedback from project team
US Citizenship Required
