Key responsibilities & impact

Manages subcontractor timekeeping systems, like SETRIS, and enforces subcontractor timekeeping policies
Conducts hours reconciliations across workstreams to ensure accurate time reporting and compares each reconciliation to each task order budget
Enforces Performance Work Authorization (PWAs) with allotted hours and charge codes
Assists with contract Labor Category (LCAT) verifications alongside task order managers and hiring managers
Ensures hours forecasts and actuals align with workload requirements on the program.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of relevant experience
Proven understanding of resource management, expense and timekeeping management, and subcontractor timekeeping processes and policies
Experience supporting medium-to-large IT projects to include performance reporting and system setup
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Government contracts experience and knowledge of multiple contract types
Training/education/experience in task coordination; functional knowledge of IT project management concepts and tools
Ability to travel up to 25% of the year, as needed.
