Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 15 years' experience as a Security Engineer
Specialized experience with designing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-wide or large-scale network security systems, including Firewalls, IDS/IPS, content filters, and SSL-Visibility systems
Advanced security certification from Palo Alto, Cisco, or Juniper. Palo Alto is preferred
Strong people management skills, including team leadership, conflict resolution, and performance management
Ability to manage the design and implementation of network security solutions in datacenters and virtual cloud environments
Technical and administrative oversight of security infrastructure projects
Ensuring compliance with agency IT standards and security architecture
Cybersecurity risk evaluation and protection for critical data and systems
Expertise in security architecture, design, implementation, and operations
Analyzing trends and compliance environments to advise on risk and mitigation strategies
