About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical, administrative, and operational management of a variety of development efforts and projects.
Supervise assigned project teams to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and on budget.
Drive the development of high-level project plans, proposals, and reports.
Conduct planning activities and provide recommendations to client on task workload.
Participate in iterative software development teams with adherence to all reporting requirements.
Analyze user and stakeholder needs to determine alignment with business and functional requirements.
Attend and schedule customer meetings, keep and deliver meeting notes, and serve as primary client liaison.
Coordinate the involvement of appropriate subject matter experts across the project lifecycle.
Write and update project documentation including user manuals, presentations, and training materials.
Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas.
Participate in special projects as required.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related technical or clinical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
5+ years of experience with requirements analysis and engineering using SDLC Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Project Management Professional certification (PMP) required.
Experience managing change control activities, including product backlogs, scope management, and impact and gap analysis.
Knowledge of system development methodology and project management.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications, including Microsoft Project.
Experience managing multi-team development efforts.
Proven ability to work on a remote/distributed team.
Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team with adjusting priorities and deadlines.
