About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide technical, administrative, and operational management of a variety of development efforts and projects.
  • Supervise assigned project teams to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and on budget.
  • Drive the development of high-level project plans, proposals, and reports.
  • Conduct planning activities and provide recommendations to client on task workload.
  • Participate in iterative software development teams with adherence to all reporting requirements.
  • Analyze user and stakeholder needs to determine alignment with business and functional requirements.
  • Attend and schedule customer meetings, keep and deliver meeting notes, and serve as primary client liaison.
  • Coordinate the involvement of appropriate subject matter experts across the project lifecycle.
  • Write and update project documentation including user manuals, presentations, and training materials.
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas.
  • Participate in special projects as required.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related technical or clinical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with requirements analysis and engineering using SDLC Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Project Management Professional certification (PMP) required.
  • Experience managing change control activities, including product backlogs, scope management, and impact and gap analysis.
  • Knowledge of system development methodology and project management.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications, including Microsoft Project.
  • Experience managing multi-team development efforts.
  • Proven ability to work on a remote/distributed team.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team with adjusting priorities and deadlines.
