About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical, administrative, and operational management of a variety of development efforts and projects.
- Supervise assigned project teams to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and on budget.
- Drive the development of high-level project plans, proposals, and reports.
- Conduct planning activities and provide recommendations to client on task workload.
- Participate in iterative software development teams with adherence to all reporting requirements.
- Analyze user and stakeholder needs to determine alignment with business and functional requirements.
- Attend and schedule customer meetings, keep and deliver meeting notes, and serve as primary client liaison.
- Coordinate the involvement of appropriate subject matter experts across the project lifecycle.
- Write and update project documentation including user manuals, presentations, and training materials.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas.
- Participate in special projects as required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related technical or clinical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
- 5+ years of experience with requirements analysis and engineering using SDLC Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Project Management Professional certification (PMP) required.
- Experience managing change control activities, including product backlogs, scope management, and impact and gap analysis.
- Knowledge of system development methodology and project management.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications, including Microsoft Project.
- Experience managing multi-team development efforts.
- Proven ability to work on a remote/distributed team.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team with adjusting priorities and deadlines.
