About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advance how our customers operate while you advance your career.
- Collaborate with people who are driven and resourceful.
- Play a crucial role in improving, managing and operating Medicare systems.
- Provide materials to facilitate Module Change Control Board (MCCB) meetings.
- Work closely with the Enterprise Change Control Manager.
- Ensure all stakeholders have supporting documentation prior to meetings for discussions.
- Review all Change Requests (CRs) for completeness before CAB and ECCB meetings.
- Agree to meet documented due dates and notify the Enterprise Change Manager prior to any delays.
- Monitor and report on all CRs and ECRs for delays, impacts, risks, testability, traceability, and schedule changes and/or updates to the Enterprise CCM.
- Communicate with impacted Module Contractors on ECRs.
- Follow up on open CRs to drive them to completion.
- Ensure requested changes align with the operational goals and objectives defined for the Module.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Five (5) years of experience as a Change Manager or Change Coordinator
- Expert MS Project skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Expert/Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office products including Office 365, Teams, and SharePoint
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or business administration. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for a degree
- Working knowledge of IT best practices and regulations, the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and ITIL Change Management methodology.
- ITIL certification preferred but not required
- Prior Medicaid systems experience preferred
