About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advance how our customers operate while you advance your career.
  • Collaborate with people who are driven and resourceful.
  • Play a crucial role in improving, managing and operating Medicare systems.
  • Provide materials to facilitate Module Change Control Board (MCCB) meetings.
  • Work closely with the Enterprise Change Control Manager.
  • Ensure all stakeholders have supporting documentation prior to meetings for discussions.
  • Review all Change Requests (CRs) for completeness before CAB and ECCB meetings.
  • Agree to meet documented due dates and notify the Enterprise Change Manager prior to any delays.
  • Monitor and report on all CRs and ECRs for delays, impacts, risks, testability, traceability, and schedule changes and/or updates to the Enterprise CCM.
  • Communicate with impacted Module Contractors on ECRs.
  • Follow up on open CRs to drive them to completion.
  • Ensure requested changes align with the operational goals and objectives defined for the Module.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Five (5) years of experience as a Change Manager or Change Coordinator
  • Expert MS Project skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Expert/Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office products including Office 365, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or business administration. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for a degree
  • Working knowledge of IT best practices and regulations, the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and ITIL Change Management methodology.
  • ITIL certification preferred but not required
  • Prior Medicaid systems experience preferred
