About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage all testing activities during Design/Development, Implementation, and Operations, Maintenance, and Enhancements of Medicaid related IT Systems
Oversee defect management and produce test metrics and reports
Ensure test team follows approved testing processes and procedures
Direct and oversee the development of the Test Plan and Strategy for the term of the contract
Work directly with customer and GDIT enterprise quality program teams and Testing Center of Excellence
Work collaboratively with the customer, other vendors and GDIT teams for SIT/E2E/UAT testing activities
Lead and monitor testing activities ensuring quality and timely delivery
Support testing and quality efforts during certification and compliance efforts
Oversee test environments and test data management

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of related experience
4 years of professional experience leading testing activities on large implementations
4 years of experience in Medicaid Management Information Systems
2 years of experience in cloud-based technologies
3 years of experience in Azure DevOps, Jira, and HP ALM
2 years of experience in understanding and following ITSM
Bachelor's degree in software engineering, information systems, or other technical degree
