About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary interface to the Government for all infrastructure engineering support
- Support the full range of infrastructure engineering services including: Network engineering, Security engineering, Site installation engineering, Data center design, Third party network access engineering, Backup and storage engineering, Infrastructure patch management, Integration and testing, Research and technology innovation
- Oversee and manage delivery of design and development for all infrastructure engineering tasks
- Ensure quality delivery of Engineering Tier 3 support to resolve network outages
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ total years of related experience
- 3+ years in a lead infrastructure engineering role
- 3+ years in a lead role supporting an enterprise ecosystem
- 3+ years managing technical staff as a manager/team lead
- Previous large-scale (15K+ endpoints) experience supporting U.S. Federal Government customers
- Expertise in vulnerability management, patch management, Zero Trust principles and implementation, Azure Cloud Security, logging, and threat hunting
- Familiarity with Federal Security mandates (e.g., FISMA, NIST, and FedRAMP) preferred
