About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the development and configuration of ServiceNow including Service Portal, Change, Problem, Incident, Service Catalog, and more
  • Identify, create, and execute test cases for ServiceNow and other software platforms
  • Design and develop/configure workflows and scripts using SCRUM/Agile methodologies
  • Work with end users and management to create reports and data analysis products
  • Participate in ServiceNow version upgrades and customize user interfaces

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
  • Strong proficiency with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and/or ITBM
  • Experience with ServiceNow development, implementation, and administration
  • Familiarity with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, XML, SOAP, and/or YAML
  • Understanding of the Agile software testing process and lifecycle
  • Understanding of ACLs, UI Policies, and Business Rules
  • Ability to analyze requirements and troubleshoot issues
