Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop effective learning experiences and comprehensive curriculum aligned with Millenium clinical workflows
Apply instructional design methodologies, adult learning theories, and curriculum planning frameworks to create impactful and modern training materials
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify instructional strategies and select appropriate delivery modalities and learning methodologies
Create and manage course documentation, job aids, guides, and related training materials
Conduct regular assessments to define measurable learning outcomes and performance-related impact metrics, ensuring program effectiveness
Adjust curriculum based on feedback from VHA stakeholders, learners, and changes in organizational requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors degree and 5+ years of experience with instructional course development in clinical environments
5 + years of related experience
3+ years of experience developing EHRM clinical training materials
Proven experience working in clinical or healthcare environments
Demonstrated ability to design training materials for an EHRM managed service solution
Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust and successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting
