Lead teams in the build, sale, and delivery of Software Development services to Federal and State customers
Manage resource operations, talent development, sales, and marketing

Develop and implement efficient processes for short sales cycles and effective product demos

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
5+ years of experience required in Information Technology
9+ years of experience required in hands-on Software Development in lieu of degree
5+ years of experience required working with software development professional and shared/managed services
5+ years of experience required leading and specializing in Software Development sales activities
5+ years of experience required (10+ preferred) in federal contracting proposal development and managing budgets/financials
5+ years of experience required (10+ preferred) leading people and managing teams larger than 80 - 100
Excellent leadership, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
Strong collaboration skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives and stakeholders
