Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate daily activities and deliverables of the assigned program(s) and manage relationships with scientific program leads and key program stakeholders
Collaborate on the development of project charters, project plans, and schedules and provide overall PM support to federal senior leadership
Support senior-level working groups and meetings, including agenda setting, meeting minute capture, action item tracking, coordination, logistics, and materials preparation
Monitor program schedules and budgets, as well as other activities related to the program
Develop monthly status reports with metrics and analysis to support decision-making based on data; coordinate with other entities to ensure status reporting requirements are met
Monitor and evaluate program activities to determine effectiveness and make recommendations for changes or improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree and 15 years experience or a MS degree and 13 years experience in science-related and/or public health-related field
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Minimum of 15 years of demonstrable experience in managing and executing projects of a scientific nature
Minimum of 8 years of demonstrable experience in developing project management processes, tools, and templates
Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in serving as a team lead / project lead for a project management team
Understanding of project management principles and techniques in the biomedical, pharmaceutical, biotech, academic medical center, or health-related organization
