About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the business development processes in conjunction with business development executives and solution architects
Lead development and execution of win strategies from opportunity qualification through proposal submission
Manage effective execution of capture pursuits while following the business development process and gate controls
Develop and maintain high quality relationships with internal and external customers and partners
Shape opportunities throughout the opportunity life-cycle to increase probability of win
Support a culture of collaboration, accountability, and transparency in all business dealings

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of related experience in Capture/Business Development
Bachelor’s degree required
Strong background in leading captures focused on IT Services, Lifecycle SW development, Cloud and Cyber solutions
Experience with corporate investment and procurement processes
Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and lead cross-functional teams through collaboration
US Citizenship required
