About the role
- Coordinate project activities, schedules, resources, and communications to meet program requirements.
- Support delivery of project tasks and workstreams; ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with standards.
- Track milestones, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies; maintain project logs and provide regular updates.
- Prepare project documentation including status reports, presentations, dashboards, and meeting materials.
- Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, capture action items, and follow up on progress.
- Maintain project repositories (SharePoint, Teams, Confluence) and ensure proper version control.
- Coordinate onboarding, access requests, procurement actions, and project logistics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, business, and stakeholder groups.
- Support project governance, quality assurance, configuration management, and reporting requirements.
- May provide oversight or guidance to junior team members depending on contractual requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree and 2+ years of relevant experience (years of experience may substitute for education)
- Experience supporting project coordination or PMO functions
- Experience with delivery of projects and tasks, tracking and reporting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Level 5
- Ability to travel up to 25%
