Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support impactful mission outcomes
Support the financial administration processes to ensure they are efficient and accurate
Build and maintain advanced Excel reports and dashboards combining financial and operational data
Analyze data trends for forecasting, budgeting, and operational decisions
Develop detailed cost estimates and estimates of work (EOWs) for technical consulting engagements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements
Support process improvements and automation within financial workflows
Monitor estimates and budgets with Project, Release, and Account Managers
Drive data quality standards across multiple systems for reliable reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of related experience
Analytical Thinking
Operational Decisions
Statistical Reporting
Bachelor's degree in related field
Experience with financial data analysis
Experience with budgeting or estimating in a technical environment
Familiarity with financial administration within a technical or consulting environment
Experience working cross-functionally between finance, operations, and technical delivery teams
Exceptional written communication skills for drafting technical documentation and SOWs
