About the role
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support impactful mission outcomes
- Support the financial administration processes to ensure they are efficient and accurate
- Build and maintain advanced Excel reports and dashboards combining financial and operational data
- Analyze data trends for forecasting, budgeting, and operational decisions
- Develop detailed cost estimates and estimates of work (EOWs) for technical consulting engagements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements
- Support process improvements and automation within financial workflows
- Monitor estimates and budgets with Project, Release, and Account Managers
- Drive data quality standards across multiple systems for reliable reporting
Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience
- Analytical Thinking
- Operational Decisions
- Statistical Reporting
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Experience with financial data analysis
- Experience with budgeting or estimating in a technical environment
- Familiarity with financial administration within a technical or consulting environment
- Experience working cross-functionally between finance, operations, and technical delivery teams
- Exceptional written communication skills for drafting technical documentation and SOWs
