About the role

  • Drive baseline control and maintain CMDB, ensuring auditable configuration identification, change management, and release governance across enterprise environments.
  • Define QA processes, acceptance criteria, and metrics; conduct audits and corrective actions to uphold delivery standards.
  • Build and maintain the IMS, align dependencies and critical paths, and provide schedule health metrics to drive execution.
  • Transform operational and system telemetry into actionable insights, dashboards, and decision support for performance, capacity, and mission outcomes.
  • Perform rack/stack, cabling, and hardware diagnostics to sustain high availability and resilient operations within on-prem and hybrid data centers.
  • Implement, harden, and tune mission databases, manage backup/recovery and replication, ensuring data integrity and performance.
  • Steward RMF controls, evidence, and POA&Ms; guide ATO packages; ensure continuous monitoring, STIG/SCAP compliance, and cyber readiness.
  • Field, image, and configure endpoints and peripherals; execute site installs and cutovers; validate connectivity and user readiness.
  • Plan and execute lifecycle replacement, coordinate site wave schedules, and track readiness to minimize user disruption.
  • Oversee asset lifecycle and inventory accuracy, manage shipping/receiving and fielding operations, coordinate compliant hardware/software acquisitions.
  • Secure, automate, and sustain core enterprise services, end-user environments, and monitoring platforms to ensure reliable, scalable operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience
  • US Citizenship required
  • Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with CI polygraph eligibility
  • Bachelor’s with 4-8+ years, or 8-12+ years in lieu of a degree (varies by role)
  • Ability to meet Information Assurance Workforce (IAW) DoD 8140 certification requirements for the specific role
