Own end-to-end program delivery (scope, schedule, budget, staffing, risk, quality, and customer engagement)
Implement digital/model-based program practices (MBSE alignment, digital twins)
Stand up and mature DevSecOps pipelines and Agile operating models
Establish measurable mission outcomes (MTBF, readiness rates, anomaly detection rates)
Drive data governance, cybersecurity controls, and compliance
Coordinate cross-functional engineering, data, software, logistics, and operational teams
Manage vendor contributions and lead customer briefings

Requirements

BA/BS with 5+ years program leadership in complex tech programs
Experience delivering analytics/AI or telemetry-driven capabilities
Strong stakeholder communication and risk management
Security clearance level: Must be able to obtain Secret clearance
Preferred PMP, SAFe certification, experience with government cloud or classified enclaves.
