About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and prioritize the product backlog for healthcare applications (Members profiles, Claims, Providers)
Translate Clinical, Operational and Regulatory requirement into user stories
Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with organizational goals
Evaluate market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform product direction
Collaborate with engineering and data teams to refine requirements and plan releases
Facilitate cross functional communication to ensure alignment and transparency
Act as the primary point of contact for product decisions and tradeoffs
Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors degree with strong healthcare domain expertise
Minimum of 5-years product owner experience
Familiarity with healthcare standards such as HIPAA, CMS regulations, HL7/FHIR, ICD/CPT, or revenue cycle processes
5+ years of experience as an Agile Product Owner or Product Manager in a Healthcare Program environment
Ability to translate complex problems into simple, intuitive solutions
Strong prioritization, decision making, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Strong facilitation and negotiation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, highly regulated environment
