Key responsibilities & impact

Provide direct, high-visibility support to the client Front Office
Track project status and coordinate updates across program teams
Develop executive-level materials, such as summaries, issue reports, decisions, and briefing documents
Manage sensitive and confidential actions in alignment with client policies and procedures
Prepare, route, and track correspondence and taskers; ensure timely completion and follow-through
Coordinate meeting logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions
Research and collect data to support senior-level decision-making
Maintain organized documentation repositories that support transparency and auditability
Ensure accountability and visibility for Front Office leadership

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree and 5 + years of progressive project or program management experience
3 + years of progressive experience in preparing technical documentation, executive communications and project task management
Proven organizational and coordination skills
Experience preparing executive-level materials and correspondence
Ability to manage sensitive information responsibly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
